My name is Nicole.  I recently quit my full time, well paid, Physical Therapy Assistant job of 10 years to become a stay-at-home mama and raise my own FOUR children!  I am so grateful and happy with my decision.

I do continue to work PRN (as needed) as a PTA in a local hospital to stay in the field; I also am a POUND PRO teaching exercise classes at our local Co

mmunity Center.  I am certified in Group Fitness and LOVE teaching people the basics and importance of exercise, how to exercise and the importance of exercise.
